We keep the Parte planning process simple and fluid for each client. Depending on what service you choose, everyone’s experience will look a little different. But we can assure you that you’ll feel zero event planning stress the second you meet with us!


Consultation

We’ll meet with you one on one to get a feel for what you’re looking for and understand the vision for your event.

Contract

We’ll pull together a quote based on your guest count, budget, level of service, etc. Once the contract is signed, this will kick start the planning process!

Proposal

We’ll provide you will a full proposal including pricing, mood boards, and logistics. You tell us what you like and we’ll make it happen!

Planning

We’ll start working on timelines, agendas, vendor sourcing, decor – all the fun stuff to get this Parte started!

Let’s Parte

A few weeks prior to your event, we’ll have a final meeting to align on your event timeline and coordination to fully put your mind at ease.
